Student Budget Calculator
The first step in creating your student budget is to determine your total available income for the school year.
- Use the form below to list your sources of income.
- If the row headings aren't appropriate to your circumstances, you can leave them blank or simply type in a new title.
- For income which you receive as a lump sum (e.g. scholarship funds, etc.) or for money earned in a job the previous summer, simply type the total amount in one cell, opposite the corresponding row heading.
- Once you have completed the form, click the Calculate Income Totals button to total your income, then click Continue to Expense Form to begin the next step: listing your Expenses for the year.
- If you would like to record this information for future reference, or for use in completing a Scotia Student Loan application, simply click the Calculate Income Totals button to request a table formatted for output to your printer (Note: printing of forms and tables may vary depending on your Browser type).
Note: Do not include commas, dollar signs or ampersands (&) in your estimates.
